Hi there… we are starting to dive into the enhanced listing pages on our site. Have you been utilizing the enhanced listings? If yes, please share…I would love to see a few examples, and hear any thoughts feedback on leveraging this tool.

Is there a way to toggle on/off the forced registration for the enhanced listings? There are times we utilize this link, and we do NOT want forced reg turned on.
Not specifically no, but there is a customization we’ve done (@Aayaam we should add this to saggitarius btw) whereby we put a ?noreg after any URL and and stops that from forcing. Requires a bit of coding on existing sites as it’s not a standard feature.

I’ve been having a heck of time getting to the bottom of why my Enhanced Listings on my Renaissance site look so terrible. They look worse than regular listings. My account manager and support say that’s the way they’re supposed to look, but I know better from my previous site. I love the way the Enhanced Listings look, so I’m wondering if you could help here.
I’m sorry you’re not loving the way the enhanced listings look on Renaissance however there is nothing broken about it, I assure you (that’s the way we designed it).
Design is of course in the eye of the beholder, and we’re happy to take your feedback under consideration for future designs, but there is nothing I can do on a “one-off” basis to change/adjust your website or update the product.
We do of course have professional services available if you’d like to custom modify your pages to look more like your old site if you prefer.
Thanks for getting back to me. What I don’t understand is why the features like slideshow background/video background don’t work. Is it intended for it not to work? I just want to understand, because I’ve never had a selectable feature on my site not work.
I agree with you - I thought your issue was you don’t like the way it looks.
If those dropdowns exist, they should either work or they should not exist (not sure if that is something the product team missed removing or missed upgrading).

Just checking in on this topic to see if anything has been corrected or changed with enhanced listings. I really liked how they looked previously and would love to have to look like that again.
Can you tell me if the slideshow/video backgrounds have been removed as an option with Enhanced Listings? They weren’t working, which seemed odd to me.
the slideshow is the default option when you enhance a listing. It means that the existing images from the MLS are being displayed as full header images, rather than in the form of a gallery, and there are < > buttons on either side to manually move from one slide to the next (the slides are not automated). If you want to show a video in the header, you just need to select ‘video background’ from the dropdown menu and enter the youtube watch code for the respective video in the YouTube video ID field
