A spotlight on Lead Motivations, Interests and Tags

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a quick spotlight from our latest blog post on REW CRM. This one focuses primarily on three new features to help guide you in understanding your leads better: Lead Motivations, Interests and Tags.

I’m sure some of you have some experience with these tools so far, but if you haven’t - what’s new?

  • Lead Motivations - dive into the ‘why’ behind a lead’s decision to buy or sell. Understanding their core motivations can significantly enhance your interactions.
  • Lead Interests - Get a glimpse into their personal life - hobbies, lifestyle choices, etc. This adds a personal touch to your conversations, making them more engaging and meaningful.
  • Lead Tags - Quick, broad categorization of your leads. It’s the hashtag of REW CRM.

Fundamentally these features are giving you more data, but it can also lead to better connections, understanding, and engagement. They make documenting and sharing information effortless, enhancing both client relationships and team collaboration.

For those of you who’ve tried using these features, do you have any tips or insights you’d like to share? Let’s start a conversation.

For me, keeping the numbers of tags to a limited amount makes a huge difference in keeping everyone organized.

Looking forward to your thoughts and questions.

These are great! But can there be a way to toggle them being open by default to always see them on a profile and cut down on mouse clicks each time you go into the next lead?

great suggestion Garrett! We’re redesigning the lead details page, and phase 2 of that redesign is drag-and-drop organization or elements on mobile, we can certainly explore a 'default state" (open or closed) in addition to the drag and drop - @Rebecca can you capture this? Happy to clarify
