Anyone using an ISA familiar with REW CRM?

Have been doing a really poor job on follow up and wanted to look into getting an VA/ISA and was curious if anyone used one or a company that is using the CRM to prevent a steep learning curve?

I think most of us need one. I WISH REW would provide a service like that for us. It would be a Win / Win!!

We actually did for a while (insidesalesagents.com) but adoption was not enough to keep the service going. The challenge we found was is the gap between cost/expectations (customers want perfection < their best trained ISA on their best day) but don’t want to pay the cost of a great ISA system.

Trying to do it the other way (make it inexpensive to drive adoption) customers then complain about quality/value.

I’d love to find a way to have a model that works - obviously, we know the ISA model works (we have many customers who do it well) but that is because they invest enough (time and money) to make it awesome.

No one wants a half-assed ISA service - but no one seems to want to pay for an awesome one (awesome = $100k+ IMHO but should drive over $150k+ in value)

I am open to any ideas
