Short answer: No.
The REALTOR® marks include the terms REALTOR®, REALTORS®, and REALTOR-ASSOCIATE®, as well as the REALTOR® block “R” logo. These marks cannot be included in the legal or DBA name of any firm. They can, however, be used in alongside the legal name on your marketing materials.
On a similar note, brokerages have rules about how their brand can be used in conjunction with yours. If in doubt, it’s always good to check. You don’t want to invest a lot of money in marketing materials to be told you have to change them!
