Kootenay Real Estate Board

The Mission of the Kootenay Real Estate Board is to provide high quality services, education and communication to the real estate professionals who are members of the board, so that they can promote industry-wide excellence in their profession. This is the regional regulatory board for REALTORS® in the east and west Kootenays area of southeast BC. The KREA office is located in Nelson, BC, Canada.

MLS® System Of KREB

KREB is a member organization of the Licensed Real Estate Representatives and Brokerages and works to provide the best and most current information available for listings in the Kootenay real estate market on the MLS®. The MLS System of KREB encompasses south east BC, including Rock Creek to the west, and east to the Alberta border, North to Golden and bordered by the 49th parallel to the south.
