Great Smoky Mountain Association Of REALTORS®

Great Smoky Mountains Association of REALTORS® services the areas of East Tennessee, Sevier County, Cocke County, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Seymour, Kodak, Wears Valley, Cosby, Newport, and surrounding regions. GSMAR offers members events throughout the year, as well as information on local and national networking opportunities including those with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). They also offer articles, information and data from news sources on the latest trends in real estate.

GSMAR IDX Website Services

As of 2014, GSMAR website services were updated to a new website that is provided by Point2 to offer users information on local properties for sale with current data that comes from the GSMAR MLS®. Using this data feed, users can seek out Smoky Mountain homes for sale, lots, land, commercial properties and more on what has become the area's most comprehensive local real estate site.

Membership Benefits

Starting in 1967, GSMAR has been a leading voice in the real estate industry for the resort area of the Great Smoky Mountains and eastern Tennessee. As well as providing consumer information and tools for property owners and visitors on their website, membership benefits are also on hand for those in the industry. There are currently over 700 members and ancillary service providers with the Great Smoky Mountain Association of REALTORS®.
