REW App not notifying us

Hi, we aren’t being notified of new leads via the app anymore. This was working fine up until a week ago. Any suggestions?

Hello Glenn, the REW Leads “IOS / Android” app is actually in the process of being deprecated (no longer supported / out of date), so we do recommend switching to using the REW CRM.

You can save it to the screen of your phone and click in from there and be notified via text or email when new leads come in.

Also, just as an FYI, the forums are for discussion around best practices and the like, however, customer support does not patrol these forums. In order to get 1-1 customer support and create a ticket, you need to email support @rew.com
