My name is Monika Brenner, I’m a freelance graphic designer/social media and email marketer with a full family of real estate agents. I am basically - tech 
My sister, Steffie Brenner and Father (previously my mother before she passed) are real estate agents in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada. I even have cousins across the country in real estate - it’s deep in my family heritage.
I’ve been following REW for a while as I love the email updates and have implemented the product on various websites. Myself - I love keeping up with real estate trends via social media ad campaigns, email, and marketing strategies online for real estate-specific content. I’m also always on the search for that perfect Airbnb or investment property.
When I’m not talking shop with my family or trying to achieve airbnb super host, I help other local small businesses and tech businesses across Canada fulfill their brand and marketing needs. IF you didn’t know, the Okanagan Valley in Canada is an up-and-coming small Napa Valley with amazingly delicious wines and I’m passionate about helping the wine industry in the Okanagan succeed. I am an avid wine drinker (for business purposes). I also like to travel in my little 1984 Boler trailer in the summer and enjoy our area.
I have a 13-year-old cat named Prada, and she likes to join me on my summer adventures in her cat backpack. Thanks for having me here and lovely to meet you all!

Similar to Matt above, you did have a snippet on your homepage showing no listings as well:
The issue is it’s set too strictly (new in 1 day and over $750,000) - given current market conditions there aren’t listings in most places over $750k every day so that probably happens more often than not.
I hope you don’t mind, but I took the liberty of adjusting the “new listings” part of the snippet to 1 week (keeping the $750+ and residential criteria)
It had some spacing issues and was wrapped in an H3 for some reason (snippets should not be wrapped in HTML elements) and your H1 at the top of the page was crowded so I fixed those too while I was checking things out 
If you want me to revert anything back let me know - but definitely best practice (even if you have to have 1 week for “new listings” vs 1 day is to always have listings showing on the page.

Interesting, I never actually looked at who your brokerage was. “SimpliHOM” - I’ve never heard of them before, are they local to your area?
Bahaha, sorry Becki, you’re not the first to report this. We literally just upgraded to the latest version of discourse (this forum software) and I think the security settings for new users are set a bit too high (it’s trying to block spammers).

Hello all!! My name is Amy Pye and I’m the Head of Marketing here at Real Estate Webmasters. I’m getting serious FOMO figured I’d introduce myself as well. 
I live part time in Seattle, WA and part time in Victoria, BC (best of both worlds 
). I am also a British citizen. 
My husband is a paediatric neurologist at Seattle Children’s Hospital and we have a fiesty 3, nearly 4 year old daughter.
My passion is all things branding and of course marketing. I’ve been with REW for the past 2.5 years but I also worked for Morgan as a designer over a decade ago. We go way back! I have been in the industry for over 20 years.
I’ve written and illustrated two children’s books: Bruce the Silly Goose and G is for Grizzly Bear.
Before having my daughter I was a professional bodybuilder, personal trainer and fitness model and earned my pro card with IDFA. I plan to compete again in 2024.
I also spent some time in the Canadian Navy!
