That’s why I canceled Structurely years back, and you’d think the AI would be better by now. The bot was asking questions that wouldn’t have needed to be asked if they knew what the lead was doing on our website. I have also been using real humans with Smart Alto, and the same thing happens. There is definitely a disconnect.
