Is the pop-up form something that is live at the moment? I would imagine that something would come with the CMA addon to renaissance.

Really would like to see more tools that are focused towards sellers versus seller page designs, because realistically we can talk design forever.

Feedback I hear from agents is all the same, sellers want to see how much you know what would be helpful in the CRM:

  • Stats that we are providing them niched down to either their neighborhood, subdivision, school district, etc,
  • Providing a breakdown of hereā€™s the current market activity around YOUR HOME, then C2A on listing with agent.
  • Breakdown by stats similar to those available in the community pages, but instead of active listings use sold data and allow agents to create a custom report based on area utilize the data as an added tool in the CRM.

I donā€™t see opportunities like that currently possible within the CRM, the only thing right now is just the CMA page.

How do I access and activate the CTA tools Morgan mentions in his second post on this thread? Are they snippets? Or something else?

Does that CTA give an instant value estimate? Or does it just capture info, so our agents have information to make a personalized CMA?

Is there a template or snippet set-up to build a page to this wireframe? Or are we on our own to set it up?

Adam, are you on Renaissance? (Whatā€™s your site?)

Several of those elements should be available for your use in Renaissance, however I think a few (in that wireframe) were concepts that we did do custom for a few sites, but arenā€™t part of the standard build.

Best place to start is creating a page with the seller template, then we can recommend the elements (built in) from there.

Here, I found your site and setup a quick page for you to play with remaxtc (dot com) /seller-test.php

Thatā€™s your starting point - I did use your homepage image Adam, but please note, you really need to optimize your images, they are WAY too large (even heroā€™s should be a few hundred k max or smaller) but thatā€™s a sidebar.

Hopefully that gets you started (you can add listings, content whatever you want to that page :slight_smile:
