Default criteria for search bar

How do I set the default criteria on the search bar?

There are filters that are un-selected which limit results (eg. residential lease). I get the full result set I’m looking for if I manually select ‘residential lease’ in the filter control, but I’d like it to default to include that option if possible.

I don’t se the filter options in /backend/settings/idx/

I set the options I wanted and grabbed the URL and made that my link in the ‘Search Listings’ button on my nav, but I don’t see how to control options behind the search bar.

What’s your URL Steve? If you on Renaissance, it’s here /backend/settings/idx/ (you should be able to set all defaults for /idx/ on that page.
