Mobile Conversion Success

Hello All,

My website is: LevinsonRealtyGroup. Com

I am having a terrible time getting leads to convert using mobile. I use PPC and have a ton of clicks and some desktop registrations but went as many as 390 mobile clicks and no registrations. I would love your input on how to increase mobile conversions.

Thanks in advance!

I went to your site and the first thing I notice is that you do not have the registration on (forced) that is the #1 recommendation for all conversions through PPC (not after x views or being able to x out etc)

What does your PPC landing page look like? Can you post the page you actually link to for PPC, and an example phrase you would expect would convert?

And yes, 390 Mobile clicks, no good! Need to get to the bottom of that right away

I have always set the forced reg to come on the second view. But, you are saying that it should happen immediately?

This is very strange. I have actually put the Forced Reg on several time and it appears to undo-itself. I will turn on now. I will look at it every day and let you know if it happens again…

I have always set the forced reg to come on the second view. I have been playing with the number of properties displayed as well.

I have been testing different types of landing pages to try to get some mobile traction but none seem to work. These are the most landed-on pages.

Not a big fan of sending traffic directly to searches as you can’t control quality score as well based on text.

the Landing page #2 should work decently well though. We tend to put the content for QS below the listings themselves in order to get the listings as high on the page as possible.

So you should

A: Move content below listings on PPC landing pages
B: Turn forced registration on (not after x views)
C: Review keywords and QS matching content on-page to determine proper setup.

Those should help

We do this for a living also, so we would be happy to help. We charge 20% (going to 25% next month) but here’s the thing - if you’re running it yourself and not finding success, then ever after paying our fees, you would still get more leads for the same $.

You should also upgrade to Renaissance. It’s performing very well for PPC, so while Vision actually does fine too (if setup correctly) why not have the latest and get the speed, mobile and ADA benefits out of it as well?

Morgan, I wanted to let you know that I edited the registration forms and forced registration on all visits. This has improved the registration a bit. Now averaging 4-6 registrations p/day.

Wanted to thank you for the tips…

That’s great to hear! Keep up the good work

Instead of “Register an account” - I would put … “Find out more information about this property”.

Registering an account, people get put off by the thought of being bombarded with newsletters and promotional emails.

If I was visiting this page, it is because I want more information about a property, not 101 other things that you want to send me via email. Just personal opinion. But site looks great
