When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my kids, travelling or spending time with friends.

My name is Stephanie Penney and I have been with REW approaching two years now. I started as an Implementation Specialist and was quickly promoted to Account Management. I love what I do and I love my team!
Before REW, I worked in luxury hospitality management. I’ve moved back and forth across Canada several times but have called British Columbia my home for the last 4 years. I can’t get enough of the ocean, lakes, and mountains considering most of my hobbies revolve around these environments. In my spare time, I stay pretty active as I love snowboarding, hockey, pole fitness, paddle boarding, dirt biking, and travelling! I love visiting new places, experiencing the local culture and trying new foods. I am also very passionate about music and being crafty (I love making costumes for Halloween, themed events, etc).

I’ve worked with REW as my website platform since I went full-time in real estate in 2020 and have since closed a little over 65M. I’m blessed to work in an area with really high average sales prices and amazing properties. I’m a huge SEO nerd and that’s why I went with REW. I recently closed a 9.75M deal off a blog article about moving to Maui. It takes time but it’s worth the work, your website will be what you make it, so make it awesome!

My name is Aly and I’m a part of the Customer Support team here! I am currently back in my hometown Calgary after living in Houston, TX for about 8 years. I do have to say, I really miss the warm weather and I get a little jealous talking to some of you who are a little further South. But I still love being back home because I get to spend my time with all of my family and friends.
At the end of most days you can find me at the gym, cooking a home meal (avid foodie here) or painting my nails. Been really getting into nail art lately! I also love travelling, watching movies and spending time with my fur baby Kira!

Hey Everyone. My name is David and I’m an implementation specialist here at REW. I work mostly with new site install and site upgrades.
Over the past several months I’ve also broken into concierge projects in which I’ve been able to do a bit deeper dive into the structure of our sites which has been interesting.
I’m also in charge of SSL renewals for most REW sites which is important so that sites do not experience downtime for having expired certificates.
I’ve lived on Vancouver Island my entire life. I have 3 cats and a snake. I love hiking and going to concerts and have a deep love of dancing.

My name is Emma and I manage our SEO and PPC team here at REW. I just recently celebrated my 5 year work anniversary with the company - time sure does fly! I’ve been in quite a few different roles since I first started, but I am loving my new home with the SEM team. 
I am born and raised on Vancouver Island, but just before I started with REW, I lived in Davenport, IA for 3 years and then Pittsburgh, PA for just under a year (I loved it there!). I was living in the US to support my husband, Travis while he attended chiropractic school.
Outside of work, I am kept very busy by my daughter, Diana - she’ll be turning 4 this summer. And after she goes to bed, you can usually find me with my nose in a good, or sometimes mediocre, book.

My name is Wes, I just joined the REW team this week as an SEO Specialist. So far the team has been remarkably welcoming, and I’m grateful to be part of the team.
I’m originally from Calgary, but spent some time in Windsor, Ontario where I received my Bachelors, I’m currently living just outside of Vancouver. I have quite a bit of experience managing digital marketing campaigns, but recently pivoted into SEO & copywriting - which has been great so far.
In terms of interests, I’m quite active, and an egregious coffee snob. Our son keeps my wife and I quite busy outside of work hours - with that being said, becoming a dad is easily one of the best thing that’s happened to me.

Majority of my professional experience is in digital marketing, but I also have background in entrepreneurship. I had a travel and tours business in the Philippines from 2016- 2021, and offered affordable flights, cruises, and tours. I’m really excited to move on with my career in REW and be a part of this amazing team!
For my interests, I love to play the piano, follow figure skating, and watch cat videos. I have 3 cats back home named Spicy, Chilli, and Pepper, and they’re the most adorable troublemakers.
