This is huge (massive) news! Compass Real Estate has said they are going to go public.
I wonder what their valuation will be? And what this will do to the market place (others thinking of doing the same).
What are your thoughts? Given the successful run of EXP stock, would you buy Compass Real Estate Stock? (Agent of Compass or not?)
